Health Recipes
We want to clear something up right away. These are not food-related recipes, so if you are looking for a Saturday night dinner recipe to impress your significant other, you are going to want to check out another website (and of course come back here later to check out our health recipes). The recipes we provide are physical health and wellness plans broken down into one-page bite-size pieces. Instead of having to read a whole book on a topic, we want you to be able to read a quick one-page recipe, learn something new, apply it to your life, and share it with others. Start with the section that interests you most, and go from there. We hope you have fun with these, we hope you learn new things, and we hope you will share your learning with the people around you. Let’s create a community of people who can learn about health without being overwhelmed and discouraged. Thanks for checking these out, and we would love to hear any and all feedback.
One last thing, you will notice that not all the sections are full of recipes. You may ask why. The answer is simple, it is because we haven’t written them yet. Our overall goal is to write a book that contains all of these recipes. We created this website because we wanted to be able to start sharing these recipes while we write the book so people could hopefully benefit from them now. This website will chronicle our journey of writing this book, and we hope you enjoy the ride while following us, enjoy the recipes as we post them, and enjoy our journey of writing a book.
